Charged with raising funds for their newly-formed SIB Committee, Sisters from Local 2949 had a very successful first event in Canyonville, Oregon. Called the Pioneer Days event, Sisters hosted a booth where they served brownie bombs and banana-nut bread mini-loafs.
Sister Janell Swanson baked for two days and made over 400 mini-loafs. They were served warm with toppings of hot fudge, caramel sauce, vanilla ice-cream, and a cherry on top. Check out the scrumptious photo!
Additional help came from Union Brothers and Sister Sue Crawford. Everyone had fun and the Sisters are looking forward to Oktoberfest.
