Transformational Leadership

“Being a transformational leader is far more than a title – it’s having the right skills, attitude, and focus to bring about large scale change, and I feel nearly all UBC carpenters have this potential. To be a leader in this sense takes more than potential alone – it takes hard work, dedication, and a strong commitment to reach your full capabilities.”

– Douglas J. McCarron, General President
