Sisters Help with Oversight of $3 Billon Construction

When it comes to diversity, Boston Sisters are helping Massachusetts fulfill goals on construction projects. Liz Skidmore, SIB Chair, currently serves on three Access and Opportunity Committees (AOAC). In that capacity, she attends monthly meetings where members oversee compliance on $3 Billion dollars of construction. Among other things, compliance involves the fulfillment of hiring goals for women.

Recently, Council members toured a construction site with AOAC members. Pictured in the photo are Lisa Clauson, NERCC Strategic Partnerships, Stephanie Stephens, Local 108, and Jason Garand, Business Representative.
